To log in to the Patelco credit union banking services is quite easy. Follow the instructions below to log in.
Step 1: Just click www.patelco.org and you will be taken to the homepage of the website.
Step 2: Locate the Login area at the top of the page.
Step 3: Key in your username and password in the given fields.
Step 4: Click the Login to Online Banking Login’ button.
If you enter the right details, you will be taken to your online banking dashboard where you can access your online account.
Note: It is important to note that the username and password are case sensitive, so make sure that you are using the right case.
Forgot your password or username
If you are unable to remember your username or password, you may reset your password by following the steps below:
Step 1: Visit the homepage of the credit union and look for the login section.
Step 2: Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ located above the login window.
Step 3: You will be prompted to fill in the details including User ID, date of birth, last 4 digits of SSN (Social Security Number) and your ZIP code.
Step 4: Submit to proceed further.
You will get a temporary password to your email registered with the bank.
Note: To recover your User ID, just click on ‘Forgot User ID’ above the login panel and follow the further steps the same as given above in the forgotten password section.
How to Register for the Patelco Credit Union

Step 2: To register, please fill in the required details including member number, SSN, ZIP code, year of birth and your email address.
